| 摘 要： | 毛泽东同志的一生,是全心全意为人民服务的一生.毛泽东思想中闪烁着丰富的人民本位思想内涵--人民本位观.毛泽东的人民本位观充分体现出我们时代对企业价值的要求.因此,我们应当构筑基于毛泽东人民本位观的企业文化,来引导我国企业文化建设走出困境.

| Abstract: | Comrade Mao Tse tungs life is the life of serving the people whole heartedly. In Mao Tse tungs thoughts glistens abundant connotation of people standard, which is called outlook of people standard. Mao tse tungs outlook of people standard expresses the requirement of enterprises' values put forward by our times. So enterprises'culture based on Mao Tse tuny's outlook of people standard should be established so that our enterprises' cultural establishment could go out of predicament. |
