| 摘 要： | "五缘"是闽台交流与合作的重要基础,"五缘"优势是海西建设的重要推力。本文分析了两岸关系新变化和海西发展面临的新形势,认为新形势下福建的对台优势局部范围有所弱化,但总体上将进一步增强和显现,要重新审视"五缘"优势,把握海峡两岸和平与发展新契机,发现、创新并发挥"五缘"优势,为推进海峡经济区建设和两岸经济与社会的全面发展创造条件。
