The Value Inheritance and Innovation Path of Chinese Traditional Legal Culture from the Perspective of Comprehensive Law-based Governance

Chinese traditional legal culture contains many local resources that are compatible with the rule of law,such as "harmony"rule by virtue"rule by law"people-oriented" and "honest and clean government",etc.To inherit and innovate Chinese traditional legal culture in the new era, we need to fully explore and inherit the essence of traditional law, and draw on the original strength of modern legal construction. In addition, we should learn from and absorb western legal civilization reasonably, and stimulate the innovation vitality of traditional law. Besides, an legal discourse system with Chinese characteristics should be established so that the influence of the rule of law can be enhanced. In this sense, the value implication of the excellent traditional legal culture will be internalized into the historical initiative spirit of deeply implementing Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, and externalized into a strong spiritual power to promote comprehensive law-based governance and improve the ability of national governance.
