作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,"四个全面"战略布局不仅是党的十八大以来党中央形成的重大理论和实践成果,更是新时代中国共产党担当历史使命的根本保障。遵循党中央的基本思路继续协调推进"四个全面"战略布局,应坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,将人的需要作为终极目标关怀,运用辩证思维、系统思维、战略思维、创新思维和底线思维等科学思维方式,以协调发展为实践要求,遵循法治化、规范化、有序化的基本方法,以人民为中心的评判标准、认知标准和人文标准三个维度作为"四个全面"战略布局成效评判的主要标准,从而保证"四个全面"战略布局的贯彻落实。
