| 摘 要： | 当代云南工业化的发展既受到自身条件制约,也受到外部环境的影响。因此必须从这些条件和环境出发,来确定云南工业化的思路和重点。云南工业化发展要遵循因地制宜、区域比较优势、企业主导等原则,着重在提升产业聚集能力、技术研发水平、结构优化等方面下功夫。另外,政府有责任为工业化提供良好环境。
