| Abstract: | The supervision and restriction of the procuratorial practice of the criminal petition on the procuratorial power has profound theoretical basis.They are carried out through reexamining the criminal decision which ends the legal proceedings.Since there exists weakness in the supervision and restriction,therefore it is necessary to strengthen them according to the theory of establishing the harmony society and receiving the supervision voluntarily. |
