| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高校思想政治工作的主力军,在高校的思想政治工作中发挥着重要的作用.但是,由于理论水平和工作经验的不足、全身心地投入与实际取得的效果的差距、多重角色的冲突、保障机制不健全等原因,使辅导员产生了种种的心理困惑.各高校应采取对辅导员进行科学的定位、重视辅导员队伍的专业化职业化建设、建立辅导员工作保障机制等措施,解决辅导员的心理困惑问题.
