| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育体制改革的进一步深化和高等学校经济活动的日益丰富,如何进一步加强和规范收费票据管理,是高校财务管理中的一个重要课题.本文从财务机构和票据使用单位两个角度分析了高等学校收费票据管理当中容易出现的问题,并着重就收费票据管理制度体系的建立、健全提出了规范管理的建议.

| Abstract: | In recent years,higher education has gone through deeper development and reform,and its economical activity has been further diversified.How to effectively and efficiently manage invoice has surfaced to be a major topic in colleges and universities financial management departments.This paper intends to analyze those common problems in fee collection and invoice management in colleges and universities,and in particular,it provides valuable inputs regarding the establishment and maintenance of a higher education fee collection and invoice management system. |
