| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省经济发展战略转变的必然性进行分析,指出实现河北省的经济发展,要以沿海经济隆起带为龙头,强化11个市的通力合作,促进相关地市的"一体化",使生产要素突破行政区划的各种壁垒约束而自由流动,使资源在更大的区域内共享并优化配置,从而提升区域经济整体实力和竞争力,在协调发展中建立互促互动和促进新型区域沿海经济发展的创新机制.

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the necessity of changing the strategy of economic development in Hebei province,the article argues that,to pormote the development of economy in Hebei province,coastal economy shall play a leading role,all the eleven municipal cities shall strenghten cooperation to realize the free flow of production factors to upgrade the overall competitive power of regional economy,and innovative system shall be established. |
