中美合作两城考古及其意义

随着中国考古学的研究重点由谱系建构向社会和人的行为方面转变 ,探索与之匹配的聚落考古方法成为当务之急。 1995— 2 0 0 1年 ,山东大学和芝加哥自然历史博物馆在山东省东南沿海的两城地区开展合作考古研究 ,对考古调查、发掘、记录、分析和研究方法进行了一系列的探索 ,其成果已引起学术界的关注。

The Sino-American Cooperative Archaeological Work in Liangcheng and Its Meaning

As the focus of archaeology in China changes from pedigree structure to social and human behaviors, it becomes urgent to explore the matched community archaeological method. During 1995-2001, Shandong University and Chicago Natural and Historic Museum did a cooperative archaeological work in Liangcheng district situated in the Southeast coastal area of Shandong Province and made some explorations in archaeological investigation, dig, record, analysis and research method, the achievements of which have drawn attention of the academic field.
