从测试结果看《学生体质健康标准》的改进问题——以浙江海洋学院为例

按照《学生体质健康标准》(试行方案)的测定要求,对海洋类院校的5024名大学生进行了体质健康测试。测试结果:海洋类院校学生的体质健康总体水平良好,表现在身体形态以较低体重和正常体重为主,超重与肥胖检出率低;身体机能和身体素质的优秀、良好检出率较高;同时通过随机抽样问卷的调查方法掌握了大学生对测试指标的认可程度,以利于《学生体质健康标准》的改进和完善。

Analysis on Survey of the Standards for Students' Constitution and Health——Taking Zhejiang Ocean University as an Example

According to the demand of the trial program of the Standards for Students' Constitution and Health,we collected 5024 effective samples which are college students of Zhejiang Ocean Universty.After the analysis,the result showed that the overall standard of their physical fitness is high;the rates of excellence of physical functions and body constitution are high;body configuration is regular and relatively light avoirdupois.At the same time the author adopted the method of questionnaire to investigate the acceptance of the indicator system from college students,which can improve the trial program of the Standards for Students' Constitution and Health.
