| 摘 要： | “以人为本”的理念在我国的城市发展和建设中 ,虽然在理论上不存在问题 ,已经被广泛的提倡甚至滥用。但是在实际贯彻和具体操作中 ,又很难得到直接体现。故本文提出从人类休闲的角度切入 ,来思考和实践城市发展及规划中的“以人为本”理念
