关于缓解珠三角"民工荒"现象的对策研究——奉化"力邦村"对珠三角的启示

民工短缺问题已经波及整个珠三角、长三角、环渤海湾地区,并向中西部地区纵深发展,尤以珠三角地区形势为甚,这已经是个不争的事实,估计在短期内仍将继续。文章从该现象的现状出发,对珠三角"民工荒"的原因进行深入分析,并结合浙江奉化"力邦村"的实践经验给予我们的启示,从农民工权益、自身文化素质、政府等方面提出一些切实可行的对策和建议。

Countermeasure Research on Solving the "Labour Shortage" Problem in Pearl River Delta

The shortage of workers has affected the whole Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta,Bohai Bay region.It is extending to the central and western regions of China.The most serious area is the Pearl River Delta.This is an indisputable fact.It is estimated that it will exist in a short duration,so it needs our attention.This article begins from the current situation of the labour shortage and analyses the causes deeply.Then it states the practical experiences of the "Libang village".This paper also gives some suggestions based on the rights of migrant workers and government.
