供应链中的合作与模式匹配的研究

以往对供应链的讨论 ,视角往往是割裂的 ,专注于某个片段 ,某个环节的优化 ,得到的效果只不过是促使供应商、制造商和销售商之间争夺本来就因为不正确的个体策略而减少的整体价值。本文在整体的、合作的基础上审视供应链 ,提出改善合作以及正确地选择与产品相适应的供应链模式 ,将使价值产生持续增长。

A Study of Supply Chain Based on Cooperation and Matching Model

In the past, we used to study the supply chain in a dispersed way. We focused on some parts of the supply chain and the optimization of them. But in this way we encouraged suppliers, producers and sellers to chase the value, which was limited and reduced by the wrong general strategy. But if we study the supply chain on the integrated and cooperative basis, and if we can match the product line with the right model of supply chain, we will create an increasing value. That's what we hope to see and what this paper should discuss.
