宁波北仑红色旅游资源的整合与开发

北仑红色旅游资源整合是该区实现旅游整体竞争优势、加快全区旅游一体化进程、开拓旅游市场的客观要求和必然趋势。通过对北仑区红色旅游资源调查,发现红色旅游资源丰富,类型多样,有革命旧址遗迹和纪念性建筑两大主类,海防遗址、纪念馆等8个基本类型。但部分资源单体破坏较为严重,总体开发力度不足,利用程度不高,存在着景区分散、规模偏小,景点文化和内涵提炼、整理不够,硬件设施不全等问题。因此,必须整合“红色资源”,通过与现代港口旅游资源、“绿色资源”的耦合和区域旅游资源的整体协调,实现“红色旅游”与港口文化旅游、生态旅游以及乡村旅游的相互促进、互补双赢,并在“一带二区”的红色旅游资源整体开发框架下有序地进行开发。

On Integration and Development of the Red-Tourism Resources in Beilun,Ningbo

To integrate the red tourism resources is a necessity for Beilun to sharpen the overall competitive edge in tourism market,speed up the tourism integration process and develop the tourism market.A survey finds that Beilun has diversified red-tourism resources,which fall into two gross categories：revolutionary sites and memorial buildings,and eight basic types like the Coastal Defense Site and the Memorial Hall.It also finds the problems of serious damages of some sites,insufficient development or utilization,sporadic distribution,small scale,lack of cultural connotations and incomplete facilities,etc.It is concluded in the paper that authorities need to integrate the＂red resources＂with resources of port tourist resources,ecological tourism and rural tourism,so that they could develop in a well-matched way.
