法人化后日本大学的发展策略与改革趋势

随着2004年日本国立大学法人化改革的实施,日本大学进入了一个新的改革时期。经过近3年的建设,日本大学结合自身的发展特点,陆续出台并实施了一系列的改革与调整措施,进行了较大规模的改革和创新,从而为新形势下推进大学的可持续发展和提高学校核心竞争力奠定了良好的基础。同时也为我国大学的发展与改革提供了有益的借鉴经验。

Development Strategy and Tendency of Japanese Universities after Corporate Reform

With the corporate reform carried out in Japanese national universities in 2004, Japanese universities have entered a new reform era. After three years' development, based on their conditions, Japanese universities laid out and carried out a series of reform and adjustment policies in succession which relate to all fields of university management, such as subject composition, research support, management organization, finance, human resource, popularization, innovation, etc. These policies can be regarded as innovative attempts to improve capability of sustaining development and maintain competitive force. At the same time, these attempts also provide great experiences for the development of Chinese universities.
