| 摘 要： | 建设节约型社会是在新形势下全面贯彻科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。在构建节约型社会的过程中,我国现行法律制度尚存在一定的滞后和不足。为此,应制定并完善相关的法律法规,逐步完善与节约型社会相适应法律制度和政策体系,同时强化对建设节约型社会的执法监督。

| Abstract: | The construction of an economical society plays an important role in building the harmonious socialist society and implementing the Outlook of Scientific Development in all respacts.To some extent,the present legal system has shortages and lags behind in the construction of an economical society.Therefore,we should draw up and perfect correlated laws and regulations.Besides,supervision of law execution is needed to be strengthened. |
