明清以来湖南地区家族人口未婚状况的考察(1413—1949)——以湘乡曾氏、胡氏和长沙王氏为中心

本文主要利用湖南湘乡曾氏、胡氏和长沙王氏三部族谱,就湖南地区明清以来200多年间家族人口中的男性未婚比例、变化及其原因进行了统计、分析。统计结果显示,湖南地区明清以来家族人口中存在着较高的男性未婚比例,有其地域特征;年满40、50岁以上的男性未婚比例大致呈现出由低到高、再由高降低的变化趋势,这一变化与先前认识存在着差异。此外,本文也对家族女儿不婚的现象进行了描述。

Of the Unmarried Population in lineage in Hunan,1413-1949

This paper examines the unmarried male population,the change of its proportion and causes of change in lin- eage based on genealogies of the Zeng,the Hu and the Wang families in Xiangxiang,Hunan,1413-1949.The ratios of the male unmarried aged over 40 and 50 in lineage population shows a low-high-low trend in Hunan,which is different from the accepted one.And there was a female unmarried population in lineage,too.
