| Abstract: | According to the new regulations, although the subjective rang in the legal relations about the exchange of house property right in destruction and moving is relatively narrower than that in the past, the tenant is still one of the major subjects. Therefore, the selection right and preference treatment of tenants or house owners should be under consideration. Arrears in history require us to compensate and arrange those litigants of public and private houses in different ways. |
