| 摘 要： | 为探究陕西高校专利保护问题,采取实证分析及数据统计方法,对陕西高校专利保护现状及存在问题进行了全面分析。结果表明:陕西虽然拥有众多科研院校,但其专利保护不容乐观。为此应结合陕西实际,提高专利保护意识,强化激励机制,建立高校专利管理机构,设立专项保护基金,以加强和完善专利保护,提高知识创新能力,促进陕西高校教学和科研的发展。

| Abstract: | In order to inquire into the Shaanxi universities patent protection problems, real diagnosis analysis and data statistical method were used to understand the Shaanxi universities patent protection,situation,existing problems.The patent protection is not optisimic.Considering the Shaanxi reality for this, the patent protection consciousness must be strengthened; the universities patent management structure must be established including increasing special protection fund, promoting the Shaanxi universities teaching and the scientific research development. |
