| Abstract: | Administrative responsibility is now an important value that China's reform of public administration pursues,and a better understanding about the issue of administrative responsibility can be achieved by examining it from such three aspects as the connotation of the system of administrative responsibility and its contents,the lack of the administrative responsibility in the practice of public administration and its causes,and the approaches to the cultivation of administrative responsibility. |
