三江平原北部土地垦殖驱动力研究

土地利用变化是全球变化研究的核心与热点问题,驱动力研究则是土地利用变化研究的难点。目前在驱动力研究方法上还存在过多依赖数学分析方法的趋向。该文以三江平原北部为例,从垦殖主体、垦殖外部环境两个方面分析三江平原北部土地垦殖驱动力。研究结果表明:中央政府、地方政府、农民作为土地垦殖的不同层次主体,通过他们各自的功能、行为共同驱动土地垦殖;科学技术、自然环境为土地垦殖外部环境驱动力,他们为土地垦殖主体提供了更加高效的垦殖手段,更加有利的垦殖环境。

A Study on the Driving Forces of Land Reclamation in the Northern Sanjiang Plain

The change of land use is the core and hot issue of the research on global change;driving forces are the difficult point of land-use change research.At present the research methods of driving forces still tend to depend on mathematical analysis.Taking the northern Sanjiang plain as an example,this paper analyzed the driving forces of land reclamation in the northern Sanjiang plain from the aspects of the main part and exterior environment of the reclamation.The results showed that:As the different levels of main parts,the central government,local government and farmers drive land reclamation through their respective functions.Science and technology and the natural environment,as the external driving forces of land reclamation,provide more efficient means and more favorable environment for the main parts of land reclamation.
