| 摘 要： | 通过中国与俄罗斯市场经济模式比较分析，试图把这两种战略有机结合起来，既可以吸收两种战略的长处，又可以避免其短处，能够走出改革一动荡就放弃改革的怪圈，实现政治改革和政治稳定的最佳结合，从而把政治体制和经济体制改革引向深入。

| Abstract: | This article tries to combine both of the Market Economy Mode in China and Russia organically through comparative analysis. It can not only absorb the advantages of two modes but also avoid its weakness. Meanwhile, it can walk out of the strange circle： From reform - turbulence to giving up, realizing the best combination of the political reform and steady politics, thus deepen political system and economic system reform. |
