| 摘 要： | 以结构优化为主线带动经济快速增长,既是理论上的普遍规律,也是天山北坡经济带经济快速增长的实践需要。该文首先从理论上阐述结构优化对经济增长的作用,然后在详细分析天山北坡经济带经济结构现状对经济增长的制约作用后,提出了促进天山北坡经济带经济快速增长的结构优化对策。

| Abstract: | structure optimization to arouse the economy to increase quickly is not only a theoretically widespread law but also an effective demand in northern Tianshan economical increases.First,theoretically,this article tells us that structure oplimization can turn its function to increase economy;then,The paper gives a detail analysis of the present condition of the economic construction in northern Tianshan mountains,and puts forward the countermeasures of how to promote the economy rapidly in the economic belt. |
