| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化建设的重大历史任务,加速农村劳动力转移是建设新农村的重要战略选择.加速农村劳动力转移必须拓展农村劳动力转移空间,创造有利于农村劳动力转移的制度环境,努力提高农村劳动力素质.当前应大力发展县域经济,促进农村劳动力就地转移.

| Abstract: | To build a socialist new countryside,which requires accelerating the diversion of country labor,is a historical mission as well as an important strategy for China's modernization.In order to accomplish the mission,such measures should be adopted as exploiting the space of labor-diversion,creating a rational system,and improving the labor's quality,of which the best one nowadays is to promote the handy diversion by developing county economy. |
