| 摘 要： | 三代领导人的人才思想是一个一脉相承的有机整体.他们对领导人才重要作用和基本素质的论述,对领导人才的识别、爱护、培养、选拔、使用和团结的论述,对培养高级干部、少数民族干部特别是青年领导干部的论述,以及对干部人事制度和组织制度的论述,对于丰富我国人才理论,加强我国干部队伍建设,推动和促进社会主义现代化建设事业的前进,都具有重要的意义.

| Abstract: | Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin shape the systemic thoughts of leading talent during guiding revolution and modern constructions. They deeply study the importance, cultivation, and utilization of talents and raise their ideas of leading talents. The talent ideas of three generational leaders have important guiding meanings to strengthen constructions of talent groups and practice talent strategies. |
