本文通过对历代文字狱成狱特点、发生原因及其对中国文化发展的影响等问题的阐释 ,认为文字狱是中国文化发展史上一道独特的风景 ,对中国历史发展产生了非常消极的影响。继而指出 ,权力与知识、权力系统与知识系统、政统与道统之间的利益冲突是封建统治阶级制造文字狱的最根本原因

A Survey of Literary Inquisition in China

Through an explanation of literary inquisition and its characteristics, causes and influence on cultural development in China, this article proposes that literary inquisition is a unique phenomenon in the history of literary development in China, exerting a negative influence on the historical development in China. It goes on to point out that the conflict of interest between power and knowledge, power and knowledge systems, and political and moral rules are the basic cause for the feudal ruling class to create literary inquisition.
