| 摘 要： | 本文指出高校商业贿赂的严峻形势,着重分析了高校商业贿赂的危害性,提出治理高校商业贿赂,必须从思想上加强教育,从财务制度上加强监管,从处罚力度上保持威慑力以及加快完善治理商业贿赂的相关立法等。
