| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育目前正在向大众化教育过度 ,逐年的扩招导致高校教育教学资源紧缺 ,教学理念陈旧 ,教学质量和规模增长之间的矛盾尤为突出。如何重新定位高等教育及确保教学质量成为各高校普遍面临的问题。因此 ,必须把握教育的本质和时代特征 ,建立以人为本的办学思路 ,才能切实提高教学质量

| Abstract: | Chinese higher education is entering the phase of mass education.Lack of teaching resources with enlarging students and old idea of teaching,so higher education is facing the problem how to orient higher education newly and insure teaching quality. Therefore, we must hold fundamentality and character of education and set up notion of ultimate by person. We can improve teaching quality practically. |
