| 摘 要： | 通过对新时期三明精气神的解读,明确开明、清明、文明关系,构筑三明精神的框架——一核三明十二义,极大充实了三明精神内涵,并从物质层面、精神层面和典型示范加强三明精神的培育和塑造,弘扬三创精神,推动三促工作,从而树立开明创新、清明正气、文明和谐三明形象。

| Abstract: | The relationship of enlightened,clear and civilized image of Sanming is cleared by interpreting Sanming spirit in the new period.The meaning of Sanming spirit is also greatly enriched under the framework of one core,three images and twelve meanings.The cultivation of Sanming spirit with enlightened innovation,clear and bright upright,civilized and harmonious image will be enhanced and established by typical model. |
