| 摘 要： | 随着3G的发展，手机媒体为政府信息公开提供了一种全新的方式，它使公众能够更加方便、快捷地了解政府信息，但目前政府并未充分利用好手机媒体发布信息的优势。为了使政府能够更有效地利用手机媒体，从我国国情出发，建立了手机媒体发布政府信息的系统模型，建立了由党的新闻宣传部门牵头，新闻出版、广电和电信等部门相配合的体制。
