| 摘 要： | 东北经济区的人文环境主要指东北工业企业生存的社会人文因素、观念形态及相关的制度习俗等社会文化形态.东北经济区的发展不仅要重视老工业基地的改造和生态环境建设,还要在其发展过程中重建一种适应东北经济区社会发展和经济振兴的人文社会环境,以实现东北经济建设与文化建设的协调发展.

| Abstract: | Social humane environment in the Northeast economic zone refer mainly to the social humane factors of the Northeast industrial enterprise existence,the ideology and the correlative systems and social customs.We should attach great importance to improving social humane environment as well as transforming the old industrial bases and ecological improvement in order to balance economic and social development in the Northeast economic zone. |
