| Abstract: | Whether one can seize the oppornunities is vital to the success and failure of our revolution and construction. This paper illustrates the importance to seize the opportunities and analyses various opportunities at the tum of the centuries to the development of Bcilun' s economy. Meanwhile, it suggests seven points of stress of how to seize the oppomunities. |
