论国民经济核算的公共产品属性

 1996年，笔者在论及国民经济核算发展史时首次提出了SNA实质是一种公共产品的观点，本文旨在系统地论证这一观点，以期导出或支持一些有关国民经济核算的基础性认识。

On the Property of Public Products in SNA

TP paper focus on the idea that SNA is a special public goods, it belongs fundamental research on national economic accounting. Four parts are included in this paper.1) the national economic accounting is a special public goods;2) the supply and demand analyses on the national economic accounting;3) the inner-request to national economic accounting as a public goods;4) the highlight from the prosperities of public goods of national economic accounting.
