| 摘 要： | 对有关国计民生的重大工商业经营,唐代以前基本上是完全官营或者完全民营,历史证明这不是最好 的选择。至唐代刘晏改革,以官营、民营二者有机结合为主要内容和特色的“刘晏模式”形成。“刘晏模式”有着丰 富的内涵,对古近代社会有重大影响,对今天的经济建设也有重要启示。

| Abstract: | About the trade of the national economy and the people’s livelihood, the government carries out whole state-operated or private policy. It is not the best choice. Through Liu Yan’s reforming, the Liu Yan Model becomes to take shape which includes state-oprated and private ways. The article mainly dicusses the orgin、content and influence about the Liu Yan Model. The Liu Yan Model has enough intension. It has a great influence on ancient and modern society and has an important enlightment. |
