| Abstract: | Parallel importation is related to intelledctual property and international trade, and it is also a quite complicated lawful problem.So far there is no universal regulation on parallel importation across the world and the legislation of each county is somewhat different.This paper expounds the following problems:the content of the parallel importation, the legislation situation of different counties , how to perfect and solve lawful problems after China entry of WTO etc. |
