| 摘 要： | 国际私法的调整对象是国际民事关系,国际民事关系的国际性决定了国际私法内含国际法因素的必然性。随着国际民事关系国际性的不断增强,国际私法内含的国际法因素也呈现出日益强化的趋势。同时,国际私法发展史表明,国际私法的发展与其内含的国际法因素的不断增强存在明显的耦合关系,这也是国际私法发展的客观规律之一。

| Abstract: | The regulating object of private international law is international civil relationship, and the character of which determines the necessity of the international character of private international law. With the increasingly strengthening of the international character of international civil relationship, a trend of the international character of private international law has been enhanced day by day. At the same time, the development history of private international law indicates that there exists an apparent coupling relationship between development of private international law and the growingly strengthening of the international character of private international law, which is one of object laws of development of private international law. |
