| Abstract: | At present colleges and universities are facing a serious shortage of teacher resource. There are also some problems of the management mode of teacher resource. Therefore, the government and universities must establish effective rules for personnel management and take some scientific and standardized management measures to develop the management of teacher resource in the university. |
