社会诚信是经济可持续发展的基础

我国经济可持续发展要求有一个伦理道德基础来支持。在社会主义市场经济制度下的这个道德基础只能是诚信。目前,社会诚信的缺失影响着我国经济可持续发展。为此,应加强诚信文化的建设、诚信理念的宣传教育,以提升政府协调与引导职能,营造诚信环境,发挥新闻舆论的监督职能,加强信用体系的建设。这样在非正式制度与正式制度的共同作用下,建立诚信社会,使经济可持续发展得以真正实现。

Social Credibility is the Basis of Economic Sustainable Development

A basis of ethics is required to supporting the sustainable development in our country, and in the market economy of socialism, it can merely be burdened by Credit. At present, the defect of social credibility has affected the sustainable development of our country. Therefore, some measures should be taken, enhancing credibility culture, publicizing the value of credibility, improving the cooperation and guide of government, creating a credibility atmosphere, bringing supervision of news media, and strengthening credit system. Through such influences from informal system and from formal system, a credit society can be established, so as to realize sustainable development in economy.
