| Abstract: | Serious outcomes have been produced out of unreasonable development of resources in West China,which is due to social environment and academic environment as well.This paper proposes that myopic acts should be eradicated in resources development and utilization so as to materialize sustainable development,and newly-grown disciples should be forcefully advocated so as to proceed off the misroute. |
