| 摘 要： | 从大学英语教学的现状入手,以自主学习的必要性为着眼点,介绍了自主学习概念的内涵及相关理论,并从五个方面阐述了提高学生自主学习能力的方法和途径,对摆脱大学英语教学目前存在的困境进行了有益尝试。
