| 摘 要： | 新型农村社区建设是新农村建设的重要实现形式，是新型城镇化建设的重要环节，是破除“三农”问题，化解城乡“二元对立”矛盾，实现农民市民化、农村城镇化、农业现代化的重要举措。莘县新型农村社区建设取得了一定成就，但仍面临政府一元主导、融资渠道单一等诸多障碍因素，应加快相关制度改革推进新型农村社区建设。

| Abstract: | Construction of new rural communities is an important form to achieve the Construction of new rural, is also the essential important Link to achieve the construction of the new urbanization, it is an important measure to get rid of the ＂three rural＂ issue, to resolve the opposed relationship between the city and the village, to realize peasant citizenization,ruralurbanization,agriculturalmodernization.Currently, Construction of new rural communities faces many barriers,such as government-led model,insufficient financing channels,and should accelerate the reform of related systems to promote construction of new rural communities. |
