| Abstract: | The Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation has entered into a fast-developing period.The author argues that the related authorities in Jilin Province should get hold of this opportunity to define the growth areas which enjoying comparative advantages and avoid trade risks.Meanwhile they should consolidate cooperation with Russia in exploiting forest and fishery resources,and agriculture.Only through these countermeasures,mutual benefit and win-win can be achieved. |
