| 摘 要： | 一个人的人生观、世界观和价值观与他的经历是密切相关的。本文通过总结笔者的成长历程，探讨治学理念，意在引导大学生、研究生及年青学者树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观，营造严谨、科学、务实、创新的学术氛围。本文简述了笔者学习探索、教书育人和科研创新的历程，以及在近60年教学过程中所形成的科研与创新人才培养相结合的育人模式。并将人生经历概括为：年轻阶段要不断学习、不断实践；中年阶段要勇于创新、担当重任；老年阶段应把机会和责任让给年轻人。
