| 摘 要： | 近两年政府、公众积极关注高校毕业生就业以及高职教育持续、积极地向纵深方向发展,关照历史,总结现实,剖析趋势,有助于挖掘"就业导向"的理论价值。认识并形成"职业自觉",对落实"就业导向"、把握高等教育战略定位具有重要意义。"就业导向"不只是一个政策口号,更是完成"职业自觉"的使命,创新高职教育,保障中国特色高职教育早日成熟的战略决择。

| Abstract: | The government and public focus on the employment of higher school graduates and the sustainable, positive and deep development of higher vocational education in recent years, focus on the history, summarize the fact and explore the trend, which benefits for discovering the theoretical value of the employment guidance. It has the important meaning to know and form the employment guidance for fulfilling the employment guidance and mastering the tactic position . The employment guidance is not only a policy slogan, but also the tactic decision of reaching the mission of vocational consciousness, creating higher vocational education and guaranteeing the higher vocational education with Chinese features to be mature early. |
