企业家社会资本对战略变革的刚性约束研究

转型经济时期,企业家社会资本作为尚未成熟的市场机制的重要补充而受到广泛重视。但是当企业绩效降低,需要进行战略变革时,具有主观不确定性心理假设的企业家更容易与相似的个体产生互动,构建的关于战略变革的战略讨论网络结构更紧密、连带更强、规模更小。企业家战略讨论网络的结构作为一种重要的社会资本,一方面通过情感性社会支持帮助企业家坚定现有战略信念;另一方面限制了企业家战略图示的复杂程度,带来企业家关于战略变革的认知惰性,最终对企业战略变革带来刚性约束。

Rigid Restriction of Entrepreneurial Social Capital on Strategic Change

During the transitional economy period,the entrepreneurial social capital has been attached great importance as the complementary of the immature market mechanism.However,when the corporative performance falls,needing the strategic change,the enterprisers with subjective uncertainty will easily arouse mutual contact with similar individuals.The structure of their strategic discussion network will be closer,stronger,and smaller.This structure of strategic discussion network as an important social capital will give emotional social support to confirm the entrepreneurial strategy in existence,as well as restrict the entrepreneurial complexity of entrepreneurial strategy scheme,therefore bringing the cognitive inertia about strategic change,and ultimately leading to the rigid restriction to the corporative strategic change.
