| Abstract: | BZ: At the16th conference of the Party,Jiang Zemin restates that we must adhere to initiative education and educate initiative talents,which is the needs of China's entering WTO and significant countermeasure for meeting the challenge of science and technology.In order to make Chinese universities and colleges suuessfal,we must renew our educational concepts,develop teaching democracy,create favorable teaching environment,make a rich initiative atmosphere and standardize the criterion of talents. |
