谈理工院校英语专业复合型人才培养的实现模式

摘    要:理工院校英语专业的复合型人才培养问题已提出多年并被广泛接受 ,但对复合型人才规格的理解仍存在很大差别 ,在这类人才培养的实现模式问题上更是很少探讨。本文在对理工院校英语专业复合型人才培养模式的历史回顾、现存挑战和人才培养趋势进行研究分析的基础上 ,阐述了复合型外语人才的基本内涵 ,并具体提出了三种培养模式。

Abstract:It has been for years that the idea of discipline-combined education of the English majors at engineering universities has been discussed and tested with little controversy. However, as for the connotation of discipline-combined education, differences still occur. Besides, little effort has been devoted to the mode of such an education. Based on a brief historical review, this paper has analyzes the challenges as well as the trend of the English major training in terms of social need, and put forward the three modes of realizing such a discipline-combined education reform.
