| 摘 要： | 正义问题一直处于西方政治哲学、社会哲学以及伦理哲学研究的显要地位。赫勒认为,以往的正义观主张的是静态的正义,造成了正义的伦理维度和社会政治维度的分裂。在赫勒看来,正义的最终目的是要超越正义,回归多元的善良生活。

| Abstract: | The issue of justice lies in an important position in the study of western political,social and ethical philosophy.Heller Believes that the past view of justice is the static one,resulting in a separation of the ethical dimension and the social and political one.She believes that the ultimate goal of justice is to transcend itself and return to a multiple good life. |
