| 摘 要： | 不具备事实婚姻构成要件的各种男女间的同居关系,已经成为较常见的一种社会现象,由此而带来关于子女及财产关系方面的纠纷不断出现,因此,有必要对同居关系进行法律上的规制,以减少各种纠纷的出现,维护当事人的合法权益。对于如何完善同居关系的有关立法,作者提出了相应的意见和看法。

| Abstract: | The cohabitation relationship between a man and a waman, which doesn't satisfy all the legal requirements of de facto marriage, has become a common social phenomenon and brought lots of disputes about children and property. Therefore, in order to reduce disputes and safeguard the parties' interests, it is necessary to regulate the cohabitation relationship by law. The author puts forward some suggestions and views on how to perfect the legislation on the cohabitation relationship. |
